Really stressful to obtain the key code Positive: The apartment was spacious and well set out. It was also clean. Negative: I was not happy with the process of having to provide a huge deposit and that this was a requirement to obtain a key code. Ethically the £350 deposit is really questionable a sudden requirement or else no code. Being a regular to stay in short let's in London not something i have come across before. And no idea who holds the deposit or why it takes seven days to repay. The communal areas were dirty and should be cleaned and painted. Unfortunately the poor management to secure entry to the flat was really stressful and can gesture described as a very poor experience I was on my own: i would imagaine absolutely dreadful if you had children- .. Just be aware of the deposit and mandatory further identity checks.

Positive: Appartamento carinissimo e disponeva di tutto ciò di cui si poteva avere bisogno. Erano presenti phon, aspirapolvere, adattatori per le prese, bollitore, fornetto e lavatrice. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato anche la chiarezza delle informazioni date. Negative: Alcune stoviglie non erano state lavate bene e risultavano un po' sporche, ma almeno erano presenti spugna e sapone per i piatti

Wouldn’t stay again due to the uncomfortable sofa bed. If it’s for 2 people then it’s fine Positive: It was an ideal location, close to West Hampstead tube and Kilburn high Road tube, Wembley is only a few stops away on the jubilee line. Negative: Please be aware if you’re at an event they require you to check in before 12pm and basically bombard you with texts and phone calls to make sure you’ve checked in even though I told them I was at an event in Wembley. The corridor is shared with another flat which appeared to be a young family through what we saw in the shared corridor, we felt bad arriving late at night after our event. The corridor is pitch black and hard to navigate as there’s lots of belongings on the stairway, it could also do with a clean. If you’re relying on using the sofa bed I wouldn’t bother booking this apartment as it’s just not fit for purpose, it’s wonky and uncomfortable.

Negative: The fact that I was told at the last minute that I needed to pay a £400 deposit which I could not afford, I rang the host to explain this and was told to ring booking.com who then told me to ring back the host. I explained to the host that I was attending London for a funeral and I couldn't afford the deposit and was then told I wouldn't get my money back, thanks to this misinformation I had to sleep in my car and was left out of pocket
