Negative: Updated review Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. There was no clear information provided about how to access the building. We were sent a code after paying the £300 deposit, but this was only the code for the front door of the flat and not the code required to enter the building itself. We had to call upon arrival and, due to poor communication from the staff, it took almost an hour before we were finally able to access the property. During our stay, we discovered that the key used to access the building had gone missing from the locked key box, despite none of us taking or losing it. We were also informed after leaving that the Ring doorbell outside the building belonged to tenants in the downstairs Flat B. The camera appeared to repeatedly disappear and reappear during our stay, particularly around the time the key went missing. This made us extremely uncomfortable and raised serious concerns about our privacy and security. There was also a large window directly in front of our entrance that had been left open when we arrived and could not be closed throughout our stay. Alongside the security concerns, we found silverfish in the bed and felt that the general cleanliness of the property was below an acceptable standard. Ultimately, we felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that we packed our belongings and left the property. What made the situation even more disappointing was the way our complaint and refund were handled. We were told that the maximum compensation they could offer was 30% of the total cost of the booking. Considering the circumstances, we found this particularly disappointing. We were also, rather audaciously, offered just 10% off a future booking with them, something we certainly would not be interested in after this experience. We were initially told that the refund would be returned within 5–7 working days. Instead, it took more than three weeks to receive the refund.

Nice room, Terrible staff. Positive: Well kept, good amenities. Negative: The staff are appalling, we agreed on an early check in and they were not organised resulting in us waiting 50 minutes at the door to be let inside. Following that, we did not receive any compensation from the company, and they had not prepared our room for 3 guests as we requested so they had to send housekeeping without informing us while we were outside the accommodation which I felt was not safe as we were not there.

Lovely place to stay! :) Positive: Has everything you need, with plenty of space. The host sent us lots of information before we arrived allowing us to check in with zero issues. It has everything from a washing machine to a fridge freezer. Table and chairs, nice size tv in both the living room and bedroom. The bed was comfy and we both slept very well! Also the shower was large and very powerful. The tube is around a 5 minute walk so transport was great. There is also a 24h shop open all night near the train station. We also got our deposit back not long after departure. Negative: The windows had no type of lock on them (they just slid up). So on the 3rd floor which is where we were is a little dangerous if you have small children/pets.

Great location & good value for money Positive: Great location for getting to Wembley. It had a good amount of space and was a lovely night spent. They even were kind enough to leave fans as it was very hot in London when we stayed. It was clean. Negative: The sofa bed was its main downfall, it was already broken when we arrived so was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Main double bed was fine though.
