Positive: Location was great, apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed Negative: Bathroom was uncomfortably hot. Couldn't get the extractor fan to work so it smelled a bit musty

Positive: Location, public transport access. Negative: Parking to load & unload was difficult

Disapointing, though it shouldn't have been Positive: Location of the property was great, spacious, had things we wanted/needed, was pleasant to view Negative: Ants. NB the apartment was on 5th floor, we came home late one evening and had an infestation of ants. We removed them but they came back the next day. On checkout we found ant killer under the sink, so the property knew they had a problem- this was not ok and ruined our experience and had us waste food/money. Also, the decking had an ashtray full of cigarette ends and the bedroom window couldn't be opened- not ideal when its really hot ( as it was during our stay!)
