Negative: The fact that I was told at the last minute that I needed to pay a £400 deposit which I could not afford, I rang the host to explain this and was told to ring booking.com who then told me to ring back the host. I explained to the host that I was attending London for a funeral and I couldn't afford the deposit and was then told I wouldn't get my money back, thanks to this misinformation I had to sleep in my car and was left out of pocket

DO NOT STAY HERE I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. I didn’t like property t because staff wouldn’t allow me to check i Positive: I didn’t like a single things as they ask for a £400 deposit. The stay is not worth that and they don’t specify that you have to pay that deposit. Negative: I didn’t like property t because staff wouldn’t allow me to check in at the time I was going to arrive. When I was on my way there they cancelled my booking and refused to refund me I was then left to find an alternative last minute. They said I needed to submit id and pay a deposit none of that was to my knowledge.

disappointing due to poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and careless attention to detail throughout the property. Positive: The location was convenient, but unfortunately the cleanliness and upkeep did not meet expectations Negative: My wife and I were very disappointed with this stay. As soon as we checked in, we noticed stains on the sofa which immediately made the place feel unclean. There were LED lights hanging down from under the kitchen cabinets, making it look poorly maintained and unfinished. We also found rice grains left on the table, showing that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. To make matters worse, the candle sticks looked like they had been reused multiple times with no effort made to replace or refresh them. Overall, the cleanliness and attention to detail were far below expectations, and the stay did not feel properly cared for at all. Also took 300£ deposit which i think is very unnecessary.
