Well located, decent quality apartment in Docklands Positive: Well located, nice apartment with great view of Canary Wharf. Has everything needed for a short stay. Negative: Having to provide personal details, photo ID and deposit. Response times weren't always great with the help centre. The key drop off hours were not as described. The shop closed from 0300 to 0700, not open all night and in my case opened late, so I was delayed leaving for the event I was attending. Bathroom could do with a deep clean/tile upgrade. Cleaning could have been better.

Uncomfortable, locked bedroom window, unhelpful host, dated and not very clean Positive: It was very close to a tube station Negative: Key needed to be collected from a shop - we were not made aware of this until we tried to enter the property and had to call. It was extremely hot, the fan in the lounge rotated but but did not emit any air, the bedroom window was locked making it unbearable. I raised this online, the reply was ‘it’s the heat wave’ - unbelievable response! No door stop to keep the bedroom door open. The sofa was very grubby
