Nice room, Terrible staff. Positive: Well kept, good amenities. Negative: The staff are appalling, we agreed on an early check in and they were not organised resulting in us waiting 50 minutes at the door to be let inside. Following that, we did not receive any compensation from the company, and they had not prepared our room for 3 guests as we requested so they had to send housekeeping without informing us while we were outside the accommodation which I felt was not safe as we were not there.

Lovely place to stay! :) Positive: Has everything you need, with plenty of space. The host sent us lots of information before we arrived allowing us to check in with zero issues. It has everything from a washing machine to a fridge freezer. Table and chairs, nice size tv in both the living room and bedroom. The bed was comfy and we both slept very well! Also the shower was large and very powerful. The tube is around a 5 minute walk so transport was great. There is also a 24h shop open all night near the train station. We also got our deposit back not long after departure. Negative: The windows had no type of lock on them (they just slid up). So on the 3rd floor which is where we were is a little dangerous if you have small children/pets.

Great location & good value for money Positive: Great location for getting to Wembley. It had a good amount of space and was a lovely night spent. They even were kind enough to leave fans as it was very hot in London when we stayed. It was clean. Negative: The sofa bed was its main downfall, it was already broken when we arrived so was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Main double bed was fine though.

Nice stay Positive: The property in itself was clean and tidy. The rooms were as pictured, and the hosts were polite. Negative: The sofa bed wasn’t the comfiest and the hallway was a shared space so it wasn’t the tidiest, cleanest, or nicest entrance

It was great however the neighbours obviously did not want us there Positive: It was easy Negative: It was hot the neighbours were unwelcoming and made it difficult to get into the flat. It’s not at all the company’s fault. But something to consider
